Job Description

The Senior Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies in France, Spain and Italy to drive user acquisition and to manage Web and Stores front windows to drive conversion and to present the brand and value proposition adequately. This role requires a data-driven individual with a deep understanding of various marketing channels, excellent analytical skills, a hands on approach, and the ability to optimize conversion funnels.

The Senior Growth Manager is accountable for the acquisition results in France, Spain and Italy and works closely with the Country Managers to develop comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Paid Social:

* Develop and manage paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive user acquisition (META, TikTok, Snapchat in particular).

* Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to achieve the highest ROI (CPM, CTR, CR…).

  1. Search (PPC):

* Plan and execute pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads)

* Continuously optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bids to maximize conversions.

  1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

* Manage SEO external agency, help them implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

  1. Affiliation:

* Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand reach and drive sales in each countries.

* Collaborate with affiliate partners to optimize performance and build strong relationships.

  1. Web and App stores management & conversion rate optimisation (end to end):

* Website and Landing Pages:

1. Oversee the creation and optimization of website and landing pages to enhance user experience, education on the unique value proposition and to drive conversions.

2. Conduct A/B testing and use data-driven insights to continually improve site performance.

* Evaluate and improve all stages of the conversion to funnel entry.

* Work closely with the Product team to set up a roadmap of tests to optimize conversion for the down funnel.

* Use analytics tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

  1. PRM (Prospect Relationship Management):

* Implement PRM strategies to manage and nurture prospects throughout the customer journey.

* Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze prospect interactions and data.

  1. Management of a Growth Manager:

* Supervise and mentor a growth manager, providing guidance and support to ensure effective campaign execution.

* Foster a collaborative environment and promote professional growth within the team.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, in a BtoC environment.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.

  • Ability to structure A/B test strategies and measure their impact effectively.

  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.
